I lead to help people move faithfully through change without losing who God has called them to be.
My leadership philosophy is built on three connected commitments: being Adaptive, Agile, and Authentic. Together, they shape how I read the moment, respond to challenges, and build trust with the people I serve.
I Lead Adaptively
Every season of leadership presents problems that experience alone cannot solve. Adaptive leadership helps me read the environment, distinguish lasting principles from changing practices, and guide people through unfamiliar territory. I remain grounded in Scripture while adjusting how the mission is carried forward.
I Lead With Agility
Leadership requires the ability to move when circumstances change. Agility helps me learn quickly, test new approaches, receive feedback, and make timely adjustments. I donāt want tradition, fear, or my own preferences to keep the ministry from responding faithfully to present needs.
I Lead Authentically
People deserve to know the person behind the position. Authentic leadership means my public leadership and private character must agree. I lead with honesty about my convictions, limitations, growth, and responsibility before God.
The Three Must Work Together
Adaptation without authenticity can feel manipulative. Agility without conviction can become constant motion. Authenticity without adaptation can become sincere but ineffective leadership.
So, I seek to lead in all three ways. I want to be grounded enough to know who I am, discerning enough to understand what the moment requires, and flexible enough to respond faithfully.
That is why I lead the way I do.
